Outfits For Dapper Day | DisneyBound Edition

hey there beautiful geeks and freaks, welcome to this disney blog. Today we will talking about outfits to wear for Dapper Day. These I have put together on my own. These are just some, I have more on my tumblr page if you want to check it out (link will be below). If you saw by the title this is the Disneybound edition. What is Disneybounding?! Well you are basically taking the color scheme from the characters putting them in clothing form. But you dont have to do any vintage looks for Dapper Day. Dapper day is all what you precieve to be dapper. Dapper day is all about sepping out in style in your sunday best. Just like used to back in the day.

For example the Red Queen, from Alice in Wonderland Tim Burton's version, has red for her hair. So you can use a red hat or do a red dress like I did with a black belt since her dress is black. I used a black hat with rose accessories to go with the red roses she likes. I used a red handbag in a heart shape, since she is the the queen of hearts. And her place is overed in hearts. You could also cary around cards if you wanted to. For the shoes I got ones that gold, black and red detailing to match her dress. This look is very 1920s. You dont have to do this area.

For the next outfit I have a 1950s Dutchess, the Aristocats, look. As you can use by the picture, Dutchess is very simple and easy. She has white fur so I got this pretty skater, white dress. I paired with a gold bag and gold heels to match her collar. You dont have to use this but I also paired this look with a fur shawl to go with the charater. See pretty easy and simple.

Next we have Constance Hatchaway, from the Haunted Mansion. No one really knows who this is but if you are a super fan like I am then you will know that Constance is the Bride in the attraction Haunted Mansion righ before you see the hatbox ghost and go down to the cementary. So Constance is a bride and I wanted to get that Jessica Rabbit 1920s feel to it, I chose this pretty long white simple dress. I paired it with blue heels since she is a ghost and appears to glow blueish. And since she holds an axe on the ride, I found this cool axe handbag tha appears to have blood on it. Last but not least I found this flapper birdcage headband. I chose a birdcage because again she is a bride and want to appear to have a veil but not a super long one to carry around with you.

Last outfit is an Lumiere, from Beauty and the Beast, 1920s look. I chose this super pretty gold, glittery dress that has an illusion bottom to it. I paired with gold shoes ( i wouldnt usually do this, pair gold on gold) tha go with the characer who is a all gold/yellow color. I couldnt find any pretty yellow shoes or dress that I liked so I though gold was the next best thing. Lastly I paired this whole outfit with a white hat that had a gold detail on it. And thats that look. Another easy one!

What did you guys think of the outfits? Did i help you? Any of you going to Dapper Day this sunday, Nov. 6th, 2016?

See y'all next time

For today's video I talked about the iconic entrance at Disneyland. We all know the first thing people general do is take a picture in front of the flower bed after they get their ticket scanned. But did you know that its been that iconic since 1955, when the park first opened. Learn more in my new video below:
