Secret #11: Pirates of the Caribbean

Standing in the scene above on top of a treasure chest is a LEGO Captain Jack Sparrow. You can only really see it if you’re looking for it, and once you see it, it sticks out like a sore thumb on each subsequent ride-through

Secret #10: Big Thunder Mountain

1. That tunnel was part of the Mine Train Through Nature’s Wonderland that preceded Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. If you look closely, you can still make out the railroad tracks inside the tunnel. The train would come out of that tunnel after passing alongside the Rivers of America, and would cross a bridge from that tunnel back to the “mainland” of Frontierland.

2. As you make the first climb in Big Thunder Mountain Railroad there is a Hidden Mickey located on your right in the cavern.

Secret #9: Star Tours

rebel on star tours: Everyone’s picture is taken right before the cast member checks everyone’s seat-belts. Once the cast member leaves and the doors close, the cast member then chooses one person’s picture to be used. The CM does not use pictures that have people flipping the bird or wearing their 3d glasses. It usually seems like the CM only chooses pictures of little babies or adults making stupid faces. I have ridden ST over a dozen times and I was never chosen.

Secret #8: It's A Small World

Did you know that on the "It's A Small World" ride in Disneyland, Anaheim, near the end of the ride, where the Goodbye postcards are featured, one of the stamps has Charlie Brown hidden along with all the other smiling faces

Secret #6: Splash Mountain

Splash Mountain features different characters at Disneyland than at Walt Disney World because Disneyland’s wasn’t built entirely from scratch. Many of the Audio-Animatronics figures in the Disneyland version were sourced from America Sings, which was a stage show that used to play in the Innoventions building.

Also aboard the Zip-A-Dee Lady riverboat are two musical pigs, a hound guitar-playing dog, and a goose playing the part of river captain up top, and 3 female geese- all from America Sings.  The can-can geese came from Act III of America Sings, featured further below.

Magic Kingdom's Splash Mountain was given a mere 12 characters aboard their riverboat compared the 17 aboard Disneyland's.  No foxes and no hound dog.  In fact, no foxes other than Brer Fox exist in Magic Kingdom's version of the ride.  I imagine the happy foxes could easily be confused with the mischievous Brer Fox set out to kill and eat the attractions main character, Brer Rabbit.
